Freckle

I need to remember not to forget

I always forget, in the end

I miss the days when I had you here
Someone who would remind me when I forgot
Someone to remind when they forgot
Someone to clear me of my inner cloud
Covered in the dust of our clutter lives

If I knew losing you would make me forget
I’d’ve cherished every freckle, every speck
