New Flash Fiction: Thirst

Thirst
In order to practice writing characters that do not remind me of me, I need practice writing situations that I do not normally encounter.  I Miss You, Dad was a way to practice the complex emotions of dealing with death.  Thirst is my attempt to enter the mind of an addict.  I hope to write several more flash fiction pieces like this soon.  I need the practice.
